Licensed Real Estate SalespersonTrevor Naumann, a New Paltz native, seamlessly transitioned from a distinguished ballet career to a thriving business path. Graduating from the School of American Ballet at 18, he spent a decade at Ballet West in Salt Lake City a distinguished American dance company while concurrently serving as a union delegate, specializing in contract negotiation and compliance. Shifting gears to real estate, Trevor earned his Real estate license in Utah in 2019, working extensively as an LSA and working with local investors.
Upon returning to the Hudson Valley to start a family with his wife, Trevor obtained his New York real estate license and joined the Clement Brooks and Safier Team. "I want to do big things, so I made the decision to join the number one team in the number one brokerage in order to soak up as much as I can," says Mr. Naumann. After joining the Clement Brooks and Safier Team, he discovered a passion for aiding clients on the financial side of real estate. Recognizing an opportunity, Trevor started the team's commercial division with a focus on investment properties.
