Little to do but add your furnishings at this c.1900 home, just renovated top to bottom; restoring the charming details and history and building all completely new systems; electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms. From the installation of new water and sewer lines to the street's mains. nothing was left to chance. Interior plumbing and wiring was gutted out and completely replaced with new components, including all Pex lines and PVC waste lines. Electrical meant new 200 amp service panel, all new wiring with upgrade Lutron receptacles and dimmers throughout. All walls and roof were insulated by a professional insulation specialist, to current standards. A full sprinkler fire suppression system was installed to allow for full, permitted use of the third floor brand new bonus room; floored in oak with shiplap surfaces. The freshly installed concrete walkway and blacktop driveway support the water-proofing of the stone walled basement, as does the new, whole house, permanent, self draining de-humidifier. The modernist kitchen combines all new, top stainless Bosch appliances (including an induction range) with designer, grey and natural oak cabinetry topped by terrazzo look, quartz stone countertops. The cabinets were finished to coordinate with the new oak flooring. Lighting fixtures were chosen to highlight the high ceilings and provide warm ambient lighting. All oak floors throughout the house were stained with a warm "Provincial" matte finish to enhance the crisply refreshed original wall surfaces, Victorian trim, staircase, and baseboards, all multi-coated in a soothing white paint. The primary bedroom features a stunning en-suite new bathroom, with double vanity, heated floors, and Grohe fixtures, as throughout the house. The hallway full bath upstairs has a new cast iron tub, modern take subway tile surround, and a custom designed and created modernist vanity and sink, of quartz and oak. It too has a heated floor.
