Little to do but add your furnishings at this c.1900 home, just renovated top to bottom; restoring the charming details and history and building all completely new systems; electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms. From the installation of new water and sewer lines to the street's mains. nothing was left to chance. The primary bedroom features a stunning en-suite new bathroom, with double vanity, heated floors, and Grohe fixtures, as throughout the house. The hallway full bath upstairs has a new cast iron tub, modern take subway tile surround, and a custom designed and created modernist vanity and sink, of quartz and oak. It too has a heated floor.
